Hi, I'm not sure about software but good solution to change your ip is VPN virtual private network it is easy to use and very secure one. For few bucks you can buy VPN, you should google for it.

Also if you want free solution you can use website like:
www.HideMyAss.net - Hide your ip address use webproxy!
