Google constantly changes the algorithm of PR Do not expect any news to officially posted by them . Google would only announce big changes.

Affordable SEO and PR
I see the changes daily but for the good.... Most my clients have small to midsized sites with little or no PR.. They have the placement but not the PR...
If what we are searching for is placement and we get it, who cares about PR??  Keeping affordable seo as the deciding factor , with results, how is it PR will help / hurt??
