I think you must have heard about new features on the Windows Vista. The one that caught my eye was that you do not need zip or archive applications to open those files. This is why I was quite surprised when I got an ‘invalid’ or ‘cannot open this file’ on my MS Windows Vista Business Preloaded. I downloaded the zip files from the internet. They are perfectly valid. I am beginning to think that this is more of a configuration issue than anything else. The problem is that Microsoft does not provide a lot of technical support for pre loaded software. Can someone help?
