- Regularly keep on posting related content on website.
- Bring traffic to your website other than organic traffic.

Nobody can trace Google algorithm except the programmers who is developing the algorithm so the best thing is just follow above tips and leave it for Google to evaluate the PR.

Google page rank is just a recognition measurement device. Intended to rank and put website in the Google search index, Google page rank is given on scale of 0-10 where 0 is lowest likely score for a website and 10 is highest score possible.
