How many hours you guy spend to do SEO?
Just curious...
How many hours do you spend to do SEO ? In my case, I spend 12 hours a day. In that 8 hours in office and 4 hours at home for freelancing work.

12 hours is too much,3-4 hours is ok. You know if you try too much google will temporarly ban your site.
